Beth Garland, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PEOPLE STRATEGY
Beth Garland joined MarineMax in 2021 and serves as Senior Vice President of People Strategy. In this role, she oversees human resources, team member engagement, philanthropy, and DEI initiatives for the Company. Beth has held numerous senior operating and people focused roles in start-ups and Fortune 500 companies over the past 25 years. Beth earned a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
